ROAD LESS TRAVELED
~ Robert Frost

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth

Then took the other as just as fair
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear
Though as for that, the passing there
Had worn them really about the same

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet, knowing how way leads onto way
I doubted if I should ever come back

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence
Two roads diverged in a wood
And I took the one less traveled by
And that has made all the difference

I guess you could say Emma Sage is my 'Road Less Traveled'..........but just as Frost knew......it has made all the difference in my life.

Less does not mean, worse.......for me, less means more of in the unexpected treasures of life. The pure joys, the beautiful simplicity, the moments that take your breath away....again and again.

It is giggles and tears and everything in-between.

It is the power of being.....here and now and loving and being grateful for every moment of it.

P.S. and yes, those are carrots sticking out of their pockets, as you never know who might be hungry as you walk that path.

TM, I just used this poem, with a picture of Binny and Dov hand in hand at the apple orchard, on the cover of Binny's IEP vision statement for this year. When I passed it out, people began crying before they even read a word!

I'm so glad it's october so I can get an Emma Sage fix every day! It seems like she is recovering nicely?
