and the turkey we came to visit with......the kids thought it was funny to say it was a lucky turkey as it won't be someone's dinner on Thursday!

It's so wonderful you have this farm to be able to take the kids to visit! I'm sure they enjoy it very much.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. I'm sure it will be bittersweet not having your mom there for this first Thanksgiving, but know you are surrounded by loved ones and even those not so near are thinking of you and praying for peace and healing in your heart.
Wow, what a wonderful treat for the kids to spend time with the animals before the holiday.
