I made this today after a group of pictures Greta and I took for the newest 'Theme' compition [I Heart You]. After I captured this shot it reminded me of the saying 'They hold you hands for only a little while, your heart forever' and then this Poem I had in my files just seemed to be a perfect fit.....especially in light of Miss Emma Sage's Trisomy 21....and how to me, these precious little hands of hers and her amazing spirit are truly a gift in my life....I am truly blessed.

Emma Sage is our little girl that is blessed with a little extra ~~ chromosome that is ~~ on her 21st pair.
