I am so excited. This photograph of my little nymph just won 'Photo of the Week' at Flickr.com in a photogroup I belong to called {Theme Competition Kids & Babies}. This weeks theme was 'Fairy Tales' and this was my entry. I so love photography and being able to improve my craft and skills and enter picture of my sweet pea makes the hobby that much more fun!
I believe that this subtle, gentle way of raising awareness about Down syndrome/Trisomy 21 is part of my life's calling. Now my dream is to get a Canon EOS 10D and Photoshop and I'd be the happiest Momma in the whole wide world.

This is a wonderful photo and congrats! By the way I have photoshop and love it, but my camera is just average. Your photography skills could make a cheap camera take wonderful pictures.
